Eurorack Module Repair Service

This page is only for folks that have reached out to our support team (service@whimsicalraps.com) and we've requested you send your module in. If you haven't already contacted us, please do so at the above email address & we'll get your concerns fixed up.

Repairs are $35USD, plus an additional $35 for international customers to help cover shipping costs.

Leave your RMA number in the notes section at checkout. Then please send us your module at the address we sent from the service email address. Make sure to include a physical note inside the package with this RMA number as well.
