Nothing's wrong! Due to the design of the module the crossfader may not fully close in one direction. Try switching left & right (both input and output) if you'd prefer the 'other end' to close fully. This will likely be more prominent with higher-frequency content material.

An input / knob is not responding to CV or physical interaction. How do I fix it? (Top)
Make certain that the module's two circuit boards are securely connected -- if the circuit board 'sandwich' is not fully seated, then certain elements of the module will not respond.
